Shipping & Returns
* SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
-Once your order has been fully paid, we will dispatch it within 3 working-days.
-We use TNT courier (Post Office Express Mail service) as our standard shipping agent.
-After our confirmation about your order we will give you more info on shippingcost, which depends on total weight and destination country where it is going to be delivered (calculated by TNT rates). -Delivery time depends on where in the world you are, could be anything from 5-20 working days. -If you’re not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
* CUSTOMS CHARGES
-Please note that in some countries custom charges may apply. These charges are determined and collected by customs authorities in the country of delivery and are outside the control of STUPERMUNDI, then please contact your Customs offices for more details.
-STUPERMUNDI cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority.
-STUPERMUNDI cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
* LOST PARCELS
-In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within 31 days, please first contact your local Post Office or TNT and give them the tracking number from your order send.
-Often your parcel is being held at a local post office for collection.
-If you are unsuccessful, please contact us so that we can try and locate your parcel.
* RETURN POLICY
-Should you not be 100% happy with an item for whatever reason, we can offer you a full refund or item exchange for items returned unworn, unwashed with no modifications in their original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date. -We will exchange the goods or refund you the amount which you paid, but we will not refund any costs to return the goods to us or the delivery charge.
-Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. -Please note that STUPERMUNDI may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped.
